Booking Your stay
After selecting the date range below, you will be taken to Free to Book, our bookings supplier. You can then check availability and if necessary change dates.
After you have made your booking and given all your details we will send you a confirmation with our BACS details to transfer the 25% deposit. Only after the money has been received is your booking validated.
Deposit Details
A deposit of 25% of the booking total is required.
This deposit will be refunded according to the cancellation policy.
Advanced Payment
Full booking balance must be paid 30 days before arrival.
Cancellation Details
If the booking is cancelled less than 31 days before arrival then a charge equal to 25% of the stay will be made.
If the booking is cancelled less than 30 days before arrival then a charge equal to 75% of the stay will be made.
Reduction & No Show
In the event of a no show (after arrival date) the full cost of the booking is charged.
Long Term Rentals
We also offer long term fully serviced and furnished accommodation, without minimum contracts.
This is an ideal option for those ‘in-between houses’ as your personal furniture can be stored / shipped, you don’t have to rush your decision, without committing to a six month contract and changing utility contracts.

Richmond Hill Cottage
For more than 2 guests staying and using the sofa bed there is an additional fee of £25 per person per night (excluding babies and very young children).
Finnish Style Sauna
Guests staying at Richmond Hill Farm are very welcome to take advantage of our Wellbeing Suite equipped with our beautiful Finnish Style Sauna.
It has been proven that regular use of time in a sauna can help to reduce stress, may improve muscle relaxation, circulation , sleep and immune function.
So with that all said, kick start your weekend stay with time in our sauna and feel the weeks stresses fade away.
Relax by a woodburning stove which overlooks the pool an ideal way to cool down after soaking up the heat in the sauna, then wrap up in our cosy robes and return to your lounger and feel your body relax. The best way to really kick start your weekend stay.
Sauna Hire £350 per day
Alternatively we are offering mid week and weekend * sauna mornings or afternoons for groups up to 12. An ideal way to get together with friends, a small party (food available on request) or any excuse to feel the many benefits of spending time in a sauna and cold water immersion.
Towels and robes, water, soft drinks, tea and coffee are included in the price.
Morning session 9.30 am – 1pm
Afternoon session 2 pm– 5.30pm
Sauna Hire £350 per booking.
*Note that during the summer months the sauna is only available generally on Sunday afternoons, but please contact us to check.
